Leverett's Laurel Hill
E-mail
Rising above the small, unspoiled village of
North Leverett, Massachusetts is a mountain
which looks sixty miles west to Mt. Greylock and
north to Mt. Snow. Along a winding private road
to the top lie twenty two- to four-acre homesites
surrounded by deeded conservation land.
Designed by Harry Dodson, one of the country's
leading environmental land planners, each site
on Laurel Hill has been created to preserve for
all time the natural beauty of this unusual
mountain. Predetermined house siting,
architectural review and underground utilities
ensure the natural harmony which has been the
goal of Laurel Hill in its five years of
development. Miles of cross-country skiing and
hiking trails provide daily opportunities to
appreciate the spectacular views and peace of
this virgin preserve.
